The Story
of Nourish Foods

Our founders, Mary Drennen and Tiffany Vickers Davis, are two chefs who wanted and saw a need for healthy, fresh, creative, direct-to-customer food choices. Both from Southern towns, famous for food, they were raised with a love to cook and eat.

After both married, had kids, jobs, and life got BUSY, they knew that others needed a solution for healthy, prepared, convenient meals. Thus Nourish was born.

Nourish meals are handmade each week with great quality and care by our trained team of chefs. They only use fresh ingredients and develop healthy recipes balanced as much in their nutrition as they are in their beauty. Nourish's mission is simple: to help you feel healthy by providing high-quality, convenient meals and give you time back to enjoy the things you love

Mary Drennen

Mary Drennen

Co-founder,
Owner Nourish Foods

A native of Birmingham, Mary Drennen is a lover of all things food. In 2014, Mary co-founded Nourish Foods. Prior to Nourish, Mary ran a small, events-based catering company in Birmingham. Most recently, Mary completed the business intensive program 10KSB with Goldman Sachs in Boston.

Mary is an active alumnus of Washington & Lee University in Virginia, and a proud graduate of the French Culinary Institute in NYC. Mary is a macro-nutrient counter, and her current favorite Nourish meal is the Harissa Chicken and Eggplant Bowl.

Tiffany Vickers Davis

Co-founder,
Owner Nourish Foods

Born in Germany, Tiffany grew up in Winston-Salem, NC. Heavily influenced by her mother’s cooking, Tiffany entered the culinary world working in several James Beard Award Winning kitchens in the south. After 14 years in the Cooking Light Test Kitchen, Tiffany co-founded Nourish Foods with Mary in 2014.

Tiffany is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the culinary school at Johnson & Wales University. Tiffany is an avid gardener, reader and preschool parent. Tiffany loves CARBS. Her current favorite Nourish meal to eat is Carnitas Fajita Bowl with Brown Rice.
